Bluewater Residential Services is an Adult Foster Care facility that offers 24-hour quality care located in beautiful Duluth, Minnesota.
We specialize in the rehabilitation of clients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as well as Mental Illness (MI). We provide an environment for individuals to achieve self-actualization and social inclusion. We are committed to providing an excellent quality of care to our residents in a home-like setting.

We strive to make each house feel as close to home as possible.
Our homes provide a warm, safe, and nurturing environment. Our clients are encouraged to make the room their own by hanging pictures, art work, or other decorations; even bringing their own bedding, stuffed animals, a nightstand or any other personal items that will allow them to feel at home. This helps our residents to realize and respect their environment. Each resident is responsible for his or her own bedroom.
